روش مقاله نویسی    

دو نوع اصلی مقاله وجود دارد مقالات ترویجی و مقالات پژوهشی. مقالات ترویجی غالبا به توضیح و توصیف یک موضوع می پردازد که می تواند جدید یا برای عموم ناشناخته باشد ولی مقاله پژوهشی بر اساس جدید ترین یافته ها است که بر اساس اصول پژوهش کاویده و منتشر می شود این تحقیقات می تواند به وسیله بررسی های آزمایشگاهی باشد یا مطابق تحقیقات میدانی. لفظ مقاله ترویجی ساده، روان و جذاب است بنابراین خواننده آن عموم هستند اما مقاله پژوهشی بر اساس مخاطب متخصص نگاشته می شود. ساختار مقاله ترویجی کمتر از چهار صفحه و معمولا دو صفحه است این در حالی که مقاله پژوهشی بیش از چهار صفحه . البته تازه ترین توصیه در مقاله نویسی جدید در دنیا بر کوتاه نویسی است. مقالات به ویژه نوع پژوهشی آن مطابق ساختاری که مجله اعلام می کند و این مقالات دارای عنوان، چکیده، مقدمه به عنوان شروع کننده و آشنا کننده خواننده از بحث، بدنه که در این بخش خواننده با بحث در گیر می شود در این قسمت نویسنده مفهوم اصلی خود و روش کاوش و تحقیق را ارایه می کند، نتیجه گیری این بخش نتایج نظری یا عملی یا اخلاقی از بحث ارایه می شود . در این بخش نویسنده هدف خود از نگارش این مقاله را رو می کند و جلوی پای خوانده راه قرار می گیرد. مراجع و پی نوشت جز ضروری مقالات پژوهشی و جز فرعی مقالات ترویجی هستند. در مقالات ترویجی می توان از اشکال و تصاویر مجازی و غیر مرتبط استفاده کرد ولی در مقالات پژوهشی نویسنده مجاز به این کار نیست مگر در مقاله ذکر کند به ویژه در مقالات مربوط به علوم کوانتوم و کیهان شناسی یا متافیزیک.

نکاتی دیگر
در مقالات روز دنیا استناد به مراجع اجباری است و مقاله بدون مرجع مردود است.
زبان مقاله مطابق سطح علمی خواننده انتخاب می شود می تواند طنز گونه، جدی، متکلف، انتقادی، گزارشی یا مجادلانه گونه باشد
لحن مقاله می توان تحریک امیز، تاثر امیز، تفکر امیز باشد
ساختار نگارش از نظر اصول نگارش زبانی می تواند استاندارد یا ادبی باشد
اگر از متد و تحقیقات دیگران استفاده شد باید در مقاله ذکر شود در غیر این صورت سرقت اثر محسوب می شود
مقاله باید تحقیقات پیشین را پوشش و حامل نواوری باشد و گام جدید را پیش رو قرار دهد
حرف نویسنده در مقاله سند می شود بنابراین اجازه اشتباه وجود ندارد

خلاقیت اون چیزی که همه دوست دارند داشته باشند اما ندارند. اما پرسش این است که چطور می توانیم ذهن خلاق داشته باشیم.
در این قسمت من قصد دارم روش های عملی برای ایجاد خلاقیت را به شما بیان کنم. که مطمئنا جوان تر ها طرفدار این مطلب خواهند شد. پس برویم و با هم این مطلب را بخوانیم.
یکی از مهمترین راز های خلاقیت ایجاد تغییر در شرایط موجود است. این چیزی است که همه آن را می دانند اما مسئله این است که به چه مقدار امکان ایجاد تغییر وجود دارد. طبق نظریه من ایجاد خلاقیت و درگونی بی نهایت است . مجالی بدهید تا به صورت ریاضیاتی این مسئله برای شما اثبات کنم.
ما دارای یک سری امکانات در اختیار خود هستیم، هریک از این امکانات موجود دارای شرایطی برای تغییر دادن هستند بنابراین حاصلضرب امکانات موجود در حالات تغییر می تواند بی نهایت هم شود در صورتیکه حداقل امکانات بی نهایت یا حالات تغییر بی نهایت باشند. مثلا اگر امکاناتی که در اختیار ما است چهارمورد باشد و هر کدام از این مورد ها امکان تغییرسه مرتبه داشته باشند پس حاصلضرب چهار در سه برابر دوازده می شود بله دوازده رقم بالا است ما در انجا چهار امکانات داشتیم و حالا دوازده نواوری ایجاد کردیم این برابر خلاقیت است . حال امکانات می تواند ثابت باشد در صورتیکه حالات تغییر می تواند بی نهایت یا غیر بی نهایت باشد به هر رو امکان خلایقت های بی شماری برای ما فراهم است .
پس طبق فرمول بنده شرایط فراهم است تنها لازم به فکر کردن برای ایجاد این متغیر های احتمالی است . مانند همین پروفایل که من از تمام امکاناتی که به من داده شده استفاده کردم و تمام قسمت ها را پر کردم در صورتیکه پروفایل برخی دوستان مانند کویر لوته. راز دیگر این است که روی جزئیات تمرکز کنید. تفاوت شرکت های موفق با ناموفق این است که شرکت های موفق روی جزئیات بیشتر کار می کنند. با همین ایده شرکت اپل موفق شد.
برای ایجاد خلاقیت، تغییر بدهید، تغییری که جدید و جذاب باشد همچنین از یک چیز دو بار استفاده نکنید. برای ایجاد خلاقیت مطمئنا نیاز به فکر کردن است پس باید مغزتان را تمرین بدهید تا در این راه پرورش پیدا کند.مثلا اگر کار گرافیکی می کنید، فونت قبلی یا رنگ اون را تغییر بدهید، در نوشتن می توانید کلمات وجملات جدید را به کار بگیرید. افراد خلاق افراد جسوری هستند . افراد غیر خلاق و ناموفق همیشه می خواهند کار انجام شده و آزمایش شده توسط دیگران را انجام دهند تا مبادا ضرر کنند در صورتیکه همه ما می دانند افراد و شرکت های مختلف در دنیا براساس میزان نواوری که دارند جذب مشتری می کنند این یکی از مهمترین اصول اصلی بازاریابی و مارکتینگ در دنیا است. در حال حاضر در دنیا افراد نخبه به افرادی دارای نواوری اطلاق می شود و نه نفرات برتر کنکور یا المپیاد های علمی. مثلا آیا شما نفر برتر امتحانات ورودی دانشگاه استنفورد را می شناسید؟ ولی استیو جابز و بیل گیتس را همه می شناسند. چرا؟

It is not enough to simply have a good product anymore. Nowadays, marketing is the difference between a successful business and one that goes under. It provides you with a crucial opportunity to make a strong first impression and to set the stage of success in your company. Marketing allows you to identify and target your audience and market and bring their attention to your company and products.
In recent years, video marketing has exploded exponentially as it grabs a viewer’s attention but doesn’t let them drift away like other marketing mediums that require you to read rather than just watch. 2. Building credibility
As mentioned above, building credibility within an audience is crucial to the success of a small business. Using online video tactics such as the one illustrated above are great ways to indulge the consumer’s interests and bring them closer to the brand. Another way to build credibility through video marketing is to demonstrate the effectiveness of a product or service. Though this should be done sparingly and in an interesting way, physically demonstrating the product or service is the best way to build trust from a consumer. After all, seeing is believing.
Only a decade ago, websites for companies was a rare luxury, but in todays globalized, digital world it has become more of a necessity. People no longer turn to newspapers to find products and services they need, they now turn to Google and other internet search engines that brings them exactly where they want to be. Having a website with online videos in a great starting platform for any video marketing plan and as time goes on and your website uses more and more online videos to gain credibility for your product or service, you also gain something even greater; exposure.
3. Attract buyers and generate leads
In today’s market, attracting new buyers and consumers to a product can be challenging. While it is important to build credibility and demonstrate the effectiveness of the product (as discussed above), it is even more important to produce a video that is likely to pull in the audience and cause them to share it among their own networks. A video that is both compelling and entertaining is more likely to be spread than a boring video simply explaining the product.
It is also important that these videos are kept relatively short and sweet in order to maximize the potential for it to go viral. With video marketing though, you can take these short videos and make a series of them to target any and all markets and audiences you’re trying to obtain. 4. Using storytelling
Storytelling is one of the best ways to use video marketing for a business. Evoking emotions and feelings in a consumer will make them associate the product with those feelings. Using these tactics will help to evoke powerful imagery and make the consumer more interested in what the product could do for them.
People want to be moved to by a product or service, they want to immediately feel that whatever they are being shown is going to be of benefit to them and storytelling allows them to picture themselves with the product, putting the thought and idea of buying that product or service for themselves.
5. Using humor
In a technical age, humor can be a powerful tool. When trying to make a video go viral or when trying to draw in more customers, humor can be the most powerful tool when used correctly. With the abundance of information available online, businesses should consider using humor to evoke curiosity among a demographic. A commercial that is humorous and entertaining but has little to do with the product may be a risky, but effective way to draw curious consumers who will want to search for more information about this product or brand.
Using video marketing is a great idea for a budding business. Using these five tips will ensure that a video produced by one’s business will take off and generate an increased number of sales and loyal customers.

It’s important not to change your website design or logo every six months, because you want to create a lasting impression with customers. However, after a few years, consider updating your logo to ride with the times. Make small changes so it’s still recognizable (check out how Pepsi’s logo has evolved over time).

5tips for managing your time    
How well you manage your time could shape the future of your business. “Most people start out by doing everything themselves,” says Geoff Prior, Principal Consultant and time management specialist at Lingford Consulting. “Then they get so busy with things like accounts and administration that there’s no time left to build the business. They’ve hit a plateau and nothing is going to change until they start using their time more effectively.”

Good habits also support a healthy work-life balance. “Everyone needs to set aside time for their family, relaxing and doing the things they enjoy,” Prior continues.

Geoff’s top five tips are a good place to start.
1. Get organised

Being disorganised wastes emotional energy as well as time.

Get rid of clutter in your office. Throw out anything you no longer need and organise the rest so that the things you do need are easy to find. Keep only current projects on your desk and avoid storing anything in piles.
2. Clarify your priorities

Unless you’re clear about your priorities you can’t be sure that you’re using your time effectively.

Stephen Covey’s Time Management Matrix (PDF 7KB) provides a useful framework – unless you’re dealing with a crisis, you should be focusing on tasks which are important but not urgent.
3. Use one diary

Consolidate all of your commitments, both work and personal, into one calendar or diary system. Quite often we over-commit at work because we forget about things we have agreed to do outside the office, like taking a holiday or attending a school sports day.
4. Do more delegating

People who don’t delegate tell themselves:

it’s quicker to do it themselves;
no-one else can do the job properly;
there’s no-one to delegate to;
other people are already too busy;
it’s not fair to delegate difficult work;
they don’t have time to delegate.

Set against all of these perceived disadvantages is one overwhelming benefit – the more you delegate, the more time you have to grow your business.

Take a fresh look at your to-do list and make an honest assessment of what you could hand over to someone else. Take the time to explain what you expect and how you want the job to be done. And don’t fall into the trap of taking it back if it isn’t perfect first time or because it’s something you quite enjoy.
5. Learn to say ‘no’

Constantly agreeing to do things you don’t want to do, or simply don’t have time for, can leave you feeling angry and resentful, create high levels of stress and even lead to burnout. Anticipate these kinds of requests and be ready with a polite but firm refusal.
